How healthy are your daily habits, really?
Your health is not determined by one big decision β it is the product of dozens of small daily habits compounding over months and years. The Health Habit Score gives you a single number (out of 100) that reflects how well your daily behaviors across five pillars actually support long-term health. The five domains are nutrition (vegetable intake, water, processed food, breakfast), movement (exercise frequency, daily steps, sitting habits), sleep (hours and consistency), mental health (stress levels, mindfulness practice, social connection), and prevention (smoking, alcohol use, annual checkups). Beyond the score, the calculator estimates your health age β the age whose normative health profile matches your current habits. A 40-year-old with an 85 health score might have a health age of 32. Most importantly, the calculator identifies your quick wins β specific low-effort changes that would meaningfully move your score. These are precise interventions: adding 2 vegetable servings adds 3 points; scheduling your annual checkup adds another 3.
